Introduction
One Step Greener (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the OSG Outbound mobile application for authorized warehouse and dispatch staff. This policy explains what information the app uses, how we handle it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Camera — Used only to scan QR codes on bales and pellet bags. The camera reads barcode values in real time. We do not record, store, or upload photos or videos from your device camera.
- Dispatch information — Invoice number, vehicle number, site code, buyer name, remarks, and dispatch status that you enter in the app.
- Scanned item data — Bale and pellet bag codes (for example OSGBAL… or PLTBAG…), item weights, and sale rates associated with a dispatch.

Operator identifier — A device or operator label sent with API requests

outbound_mobile) to support operational logging.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Create and manage outbound dispatch sessions
- Verify scanned inventory items against our warehouse system
- Record truck loads and submit dispatch data to our backend
- Maintain business and inventory records
What we do not collect
- Location or GPS data
- Contacts, SMS, or call logs
- Photos or videos stored from the camera
- Advertising identifiers or third-party analytics from within the app
Data storage and transfer
Data entered or scanned in the app is sent over HTTPS to our servers at reactapp.tcil.in for processing and storage in our inventory and outbound systems.
Data is used for internal business operations. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
Dispatch and inventory records are retained for as long as needed for business, operational, and legal purposes, in line with our internal data retention practices.
Security
We use HTTPS for data in transit. Access to operational systems is limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect data using reasonable technical and organizational measures.
Children
OSG Outbound is intended for authorized business users and is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
